How Minerals are Beneficial for Healthy Skin
Minerals important to the look and health of the skin include selenium, copper, and zinc. Selenium, whether used as a topical solution or taken in the form of a dietary supplement may play a role in the prevention of skin cancer. Copper, zinc and Vitamin C work together to form elastin, which helps to support skin, keeping it firm and healthy.
Minerals are not manufactured in the body. The only way to get them is through your diet, and if your diet is lacking in fruits and vegetables chances are you have some form of mineral deficiency. This section provides articles and information related to the role of minerals in promoting and maintaining good health.
High calcium content in the upper epidermis helps maintain continual and efficient barrier functions. Calcium can significantly reduce dryness caused by microdermabrasion making the skin look well hydrated and fuller in appearance. Mineral sun protection is a very real service to clients who have undergone facial procedures that have left their skin in a highly sensitive state. Applying mineral cosmetics will take less than one minute and the result will give you the client’s whole-hearted attention. Vitamin C is abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables. Copper is found in a variety of foods and its deficiency is uncommon except in people taking zinc supplements Potassium(K) keeping acid-alkaline balance in the blood. Essential for muscle contraction and normal heart.

How to Do a P-2000 Insulation
Heat always flow from a warmer to a cooler space. Generally the heat flows from warmer living spaces to places like attics, basement and garages which are adjacent but cold. The heat flows indirectly through wall, ceilings and floors to maintain the temperature difference. During winter especially the heat flows outdoors. It is important to reduce the heat loss and maintain the comfort. To do this you have to heat the air using heating system in winter and cool the air in summer using the air conditioner. To avoid this you can insulate the walls, floors and ceilings.
The latest technique in insulating is p-2000 Insulating System. The p-2000 Insulating System is so designed that it effectively reduces the natural movement of heat. The product is very simple like a foam cup but is very advanced in insulating the walls.
The R-value of the insulation determines the effectiveness of the insulator. The R-value of a material is a measure of the effectiveness of the insulation material. The thermal resistive effectiveness varies directly as the R-value of the material. The effectiveness also depends on the factors like how and where it is installed. The R-value of material is little bit different from the R-value of the wall with the same insulation. This is because wood or metal materials in the walls provide a kind of thermal short-circuit in the insulation. The metal in wall causes a greater short-circuiting effect in the insulation. A wall with metal frames can have the R-value as low as 50% of the R-value of the insulator. But in p-2000 Insulating System this short circuiting is reduced using an uninterrupted continuous insulation envelope over the studs.

This is Allah (40) an Example of Allah's Compassion in the Hereafter
Many people do not know Allah. This series is an attempt to help them to know Him. Verses 7:46-48 of the Noble Quran talk about: 1) An Example of Allah’s Compassion in the Hereafter, 2) The Outcome of those whose good deeds and evil deeds are equal, 3) The Distinguished Marks of the Believers versus Disbelievers in the Hereafter, 4) What is the Hope of the Men of the Heights who are not in Paradise or Hell? And 5) What They Say when they look at the dwellers of the Fire in the Hereafter?
In the previous articles, the believers dwell in the Paradise forever and the disbelievers dwell in the Fire forever; but what about those whose good deeds and evil deeds are equal? Are they in Paradise or Fire?
The meaning of verse 7:46
And between them, that is, between the inhabitants of Paradise and those of the Fire, is a barrier, a huge wall of the Heights,
and on the Heights, which is, the wall of Paradise, are men, whose good deeds and evil deeds are equal ,i.e., whose good deeds are of the same amount as their evil deeds; it is also said these are men of knowledge and experts in law but who held doubts about provision.
Those men on the Heights, which is, the wall of Paradise, know each party, of the inhabitants of Paradise and those of the Fire, by their mark; glowing faces in the case of the believers and blackened ones in the case of the disbelievers, i.e., they know those who enter hell by their darkened faces and blue eyes and those who enter Paradise by their lightened faces: at once handsome and radiant; for they are able to see them, their position being high; and they call to the inhabitants of Paradise: ‘Peace be upon you!’. In other words, they call unto the dwellers of the Garden: Peace be unto you O people of Paradise! They do not enter it yet although they hope to enter.
Allah, exalted be He, says: They, that is, those men of the Heights, have not entered it, Paradise, although they aspire, to enter it. It has been said that Allah causes them to have this aspiration only because He desires to be generous to them. Allah will appear to them and says “Get up and enter Paradise, for I have forgiven you”.

No Anti Aging Remedy But
Aging with Grace… Is a “no topic” in today’s media and advertisement world. To stay young for ever seems to be the target and as a matter of fact, it is a target but for the industry and not for you. NEVER forget – true beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder Borrowed beauty will not last but the price you might have to pay will stay with you the rest of your life.
Having said that, here a typical woman get up day….(the non organic/natural one)
How they make my day…..
First I am going to have a shower and wash my hair
with some Garage Cleaner/Engine Degreaser called SLS and of course there are some “natural” ingredients added but I like the foam (which makes my hair dry and finally fall off – ) and ripes my skin of all fat and natural barriers… but I am smelly clean…
Then I brush my teeth …
(amongst SLS for nice foam I also have most often something called Triclosan in it – The toxic chemical triclosan can turn your toothpaste into chloroform – do I like that?)
Next look is a …
close look at my face , then applying some day cream and/or some sun screen to make my face look young, moist and radiant (but not fatty!) I don’t mind, that at the same time I am using several “Alcohols” to dry out first and then some Fragrance to smell nice (see below) and last but not least – a nice chemical cocktail of petrochemicals (yes PETRO chemicals) that leave a smooth “plastic film” on my face and keeps it from breathing and of course will support my dry spots in drying out even more??)

5 Simple Skin Care Tips for Summer
Taking care of your skin and enjoying all the joys of the Australian summer is completely achievable – with a little help. Summertime for most people means cranking up the air con, taking time off work in order to travel to the coast, getting active, exercising more and diving into the swimming pool for a refreshing dip. All of this takes its toll on skin.
Remember, attractive, radiant skin is not a given for most people – it must be cultivated over time which will require you to monitor skin, respond to the environment and take the needed steps to look after it. If it sounds like a lot of effort, it doesn’t need to be.
#1 Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Our skin needs a certain amount of moisture to maintain its protective barrier and to look good especially if you are exposed to air conditioning at the office or on a flight. So, it is recommended you drink at least 2.5 litres of water per day, which is how much the average person needs to intake. Remember, staying hydrated doesn’t need to be expensive either. Stop paying for bottled water. Simply use a refillable container and fill it with crispy cold tap water.

10 Dermatologist Suggested Skin Care Tips!
Winter reminds us of cozy fireplaces, steaming coffee and rosy cheeks. However, winter can also bring severe skin dryness and flakiness leading to cracking, irritation, and eczema.
Leading dermatologist, David Hoffman says,” The moment you turn on your indoor heating system, the drying process of the skin begins. This is because lowering indoor humidity causes your skin to lose moisture leading to skin feeling dry and itchy. Therefore it is very important that you modify your skin care routine to suit the changing temperatures and seasons.”
It is very important for people to follow different skin care routines for different seasons. Your skin has different requirements in summer, winter, spring and fall.
Here are 10 tips that will help relieve skin dryness during the cooler months of the year.
Lather your skin with Moisturizers
Apply non-irritating and hypoallergenic moisture that nourishe the skin but doesn’t disturb its normal pH balance. Clayton Shagal Elasthy Gel moisturizes the skin from within and stimulates the elastin fibers. Because it is able to penetrate within the dermis layer of the skin, it combines with collagen and hydrates the skin naturally.
Avoid hot showers
A hot shower on a cold day might feel heavenly. As tempting may that be, be aware that intense heat can break down the lipid barriers of the skin and result in severe moisture loss. Bathe with lukewarm water instead and apply ample amounts of moisturizer.

How to Look 5 Years Younger in 5 Minutes Each Day
Our skin’s primary purpose is to protect us. When we don’t take care of our skin, it can’t do its job properly – and it looks faded and dull. To look years younger, you must take care of your skin each and every day. However, this does not mean spending hours each morning in front of the mirror, or purchasing a closet full of expensive gadgets and products all promising to make you look 18 again.
There are just 5 simple things that you can do every day to ensure your skin looks youthful and radiant. Here they are.
1. Cleanse – the right way.
Cleanse your face every morning and evening with a cleanser that is specially designed for your skin type. Choose a ph-balanced cleanser for your skin type; creamy for drier skin and gels for oily skin. Remember that cleanser does not need to create suds to be effective, but if you prefer a more sudsy cleanser, then by all means use one. When cleaning your face, use a light touch, but wash for at least 30 seconds before rinsing. In the evening double cleanse; first to remove makeup and residue and the second time to actually cleanse the skin.
2. Toner is important.
A toner should balance the skin’s protective barrier by creating an active antioxidant shield to fight damaging free radicals. Some ingredients to look for in a toner are white tea, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid holds 1,000 times its weight in water). Also, if your cleanser is not ph-balanced, be sure to choose a toner that will restore your skin to a balanced ph factor.

Alcohol In Skin Care Products ? Do They Harm The Skin
Alcohol Derivatives has been a despised ingredient in skin care products for many years. They are notorious for drying the skin and cause irritations. However, not all alcohols are the same. There are certain alcohols that are good for the skin and have potential benefits.
Why are Alcohols Bad for the Skin?
Alcohols, by themselves can have severe impact on the skin. They dilate the blood vessels and interfere with the body’s ability to process Vitamin A. The reduced absorption of Vitamin A accelerates the process of premature aging and causes wrinkles and fine lines to appear on the skin. Alcohol consumption also results in increased flushing of the skin, decreased absorption and efficacy of vitamin A, and increased toxicity of vitamin A and ß-carotene.
Moisturizers that contain a low molecular weight of alcohol fail to be effective because they quickly evaporate from the skin surface. Some of the alcohols that you should completely avoid are ethanol, ethyl alcohol, denatured alcohol, methanol, benzyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, and SD alcohol. Denatured or ‘SD’ signifies that the alcohols are processed so they cannot be ingested.
Alcohols That Are Good
There are several cosmetic alcohols that are actually very beneficial for the skin. Also known as fatty alcohols, they help skin care formulations to act as efficient skin care products.
Here are some beneficial alcohols:
Cetyl Alcohol
Extracted from coconut oil, it is an emollient that is included in skin care products to stabilize the formulations. It is a prime ingredient in moisturizers because it helps the moisturizer lock the moisture in the skin and form a protective barrier through which water cannot penetrate. Moreover, cetyl alcohol is also added to skin care products to alter their consistencies or to increase their foaming capacity. It is often included in baby lotions, hand creams, foundation, lipsticks, shampoos, mascara, deodorants, nail polish removers etc.

Artists Are Masters of Divine Essence
Facing the Cosmically Inexpressible Divine Within Oneself
As far back as recorded time, man has been leaving indelible marks of artistic expression. Prompted by and through an insatiable drive to communicate, man has left personalized lines, smidgens, carvings, paintings, and sculpted forms, designs/motifs, in caves, buildings, and canvases, as well as, beautifully inspired architecture for the entire world to behold and enjoy. These incomparable divinely inspired creations of ART generate a means of survival while he continues to search, seek, ponder and formulate the meaning of his life into some sort of workable reasonable fashion.
There is little doubt that cavemen, desired to communicate through their ART. It is also unlikely that they were prevented to express their creative visions by the caustic comments and negative remarks from their so-called knowledgeable peers. They were not fed the fuel of self-doubt according to what was acceptable. It was not implied to them that they didn’t measure up. The idea of whether they were a great artist never entered their minds. They simply carved out and drew what they wanted to say, no matter what that subject entailed. If they viewed animals as sacred or as a means of survival or as a depiction of gratitude to the gods, they stated the impression clearly without fear of being invalidated or with the need to be appreciated. They knew nothing of self-loathing and contempt regarding their ART. They produced it for its own relevance. We too, must find and rely upon that spark of artistic motivation. The relentless search to comprehend and relate various ART works throughout the cultures up until modern day is really an innate yearning to understand ourselves. Art clearly probes deep into the emotional heart, analyzing mind and spiritual barometer of the people behind the production.
We immediately realize that we, along with everything else we see, feel, hear or imagine that has ever existed or ever will exist are bound together in a unified reflected hologram. ART mystifies shocks, instills, reveal, penetrates, disgusts, puzzles, emancipates, reverberates, desecrates, delights, surprises, tortures and cleanses so thoroughly. A simple but concise truth can not be expressed in any other form. Artists seek to connect with that inexplicable light found deep within the dark agony of the ravished imperishable soul. “IT” will not turn us loose until “IT” has completely engulfed us with “IT’S” shadowy nebulous figures of form in illustrious line, color, shade, tint and texture. When we come to realize in full measure the radiant glory found in the dense, dull and mundane, the freedom expressed in the depressed, repressed and forlorn, the sanctity discovered through the ‘ordinary’, then and only then can we begin to embrace the fullness of who we really are and what we are meant to do while we inhabit the earth plane.
The world at large can be reduced to one solitary fact: in spite of all our apparent differences and difficulties, we are motivated by the light of needing to communicate and connect. ART bridges that gap of now and all that has ever evolved before or after. Crossing every barrier, we descend into the depths, scathing the pits of hell to ascend the heights of heavenly exaltation. We are all Masters of Divine Essence who have simply forgotten our artistic heritage. Our ancient roots will push the tree to blossom and die again and again and again. Relentless in its pursuit for us to convey that which we are so fearful of saying, that which embarrasses us, that which makes us feel insecure, guilty and ashamed. We, as Artists portray the indefinable GOD that resides in all creation through our art, we are pushed into the blind notches of self-denial where we no longer can be led by the nose into an anesthetized abyss but instead released forever from the silhouette of pretense. Through the means of artistic expression do we voluntarily jump deep into the land of the living realm of authenticity? (Whatever that means to the individual person) Nothing short of ART can accomplish this lofty goal; a goal so sublime that “IT” contains no lust of result except in the reward of simply being allowed the privilege to participate in producing it.
